Father Stan — A Beloved Presence at St. FX

A celebration of a remarkable man and his enduring legacy at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Commissioned by the student body, this bronze portrait bust honours Father Stan, a much-loved priest whose warmth, humour, kindness, and genuine affection for students made him an unforgettable presence on campus.

More than a spiritual figure, Father Stan was a friend, a confidant, and a source of encouragement to generations of students. His welcoming smile, gentle wisdom, and remarkable ability to connect with people endeared him to the entire St. FX community.
